We ship worldwide: Shipping costs depend on the weight and the destination of the package, automatically calculated according to the product and the destination.

We will ship it according to the option you have chosen. For example, for purchases done before 12h, we offer the 24h/48h delivery option. We also have the option of free shipping for orders over 80€ (only for Spain peninsula and Balearic Islands, except for packages of great weight and / or high volume as furniture Norman Copenhagen), and the possibility to pick up at a post office, if you wish.

For home delivery on the peninsula, two delivery attempts will be made. If the client is not at home, he or she must pick up the order at the nearest post office. The order will be available on this dealership for a maximum period of 15 days. After this time, the order will be returned to the store and the customer must charge the cost of return. The client is responsable of the return.

All shipments prices appear with the VAT included, except Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, where this tax is not applied.

Returns and Exchanges

All products sold throughout our online store may be changed and/or returned within a period of 15 days from the delivery date. In case of return, the refund of the amount of the purchase is made, less shipping charges, on the next working day after the reception of the return, the maximum period of 30 days from the dissent of the customer.

If the customer makes a return, he or she will be responsible both initial shipping cost, although this has been done for free to exceed 100 €, and the return shipping cost, except in the period of sales, which the return costs are borne by the customer

Refunds may not take place in any case if evidence is provided that the products have been widely used.

Items must be returned imperatively properly protected in their original packaging with a plastic bag and/or its packaging. No adhesives in the original packaging will be stuck. Products must be in perfect condition (unused, not damaged or soiled by the client) the same as all accessories.
